Return & Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges only, not returns or refunds — except in case of a damaged or defective product.

 

Eligibility & Process:

• Exchange requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery via email at support@shopaugust.co or WhatsApp at +91 8882287627

• The product must be returned within 7 working days of approval.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Certain products are made in limited quantities and may not be eligible for exchange due to low inventory.

No exchanges will be accepted if the item shows signs of wear or damage.

 

Important Notes:

​

No returns or exchanges on discounted/sale items.

​

Store credit, if issued, is valid for 6 months and cannot be exchanged again. Store credits and discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

​

Products purchased using gift cards or store credit are final sale.
